This pin came out beautifully! The seller did not have the heart available, but she reached out quickly with other options. I’m also pleased with how quickly it arrived. I bought it as a keepsake for my daughter. Her grandmother passed a few months ago & I thought this would be nice for her to pin on her gown when she graduates next month. I’m so happy with how it came out, I plan to buy another one for my oldest daughter when she gets married next year.

I didn’t need to contact customer support, so I can’t speak to that experience. Just a heads‑up for anyone expecting higher‑end quality: the flags are printed rather than sewn, and the stole is matte instead of glossy like it appears in the listing photos. It’s also lined white on one side with the printed flags on the other. While it wasn’t exactly what I expected based on the images, it’s still a solid budget‑friendly choice if you need something for photos or a one‑time event.
