Great quality, exactly as described, & excited my expectations!

I absolutely love the way that this gift came out. I wanted this for my mom‘s birthday and cannot wait to give it to her. I only gave shipping four stars just because it took longer to come in than the estimated amount of time and there was also no shipping updates. I just happen to see it in the mail room. Also, my name was wrong on the packaging so maybe my building was confused but either way I’m very happy with the product.

My package got lost in the mail & the creator sent me a replacement - no questions asked. I am so appreciative! It is the perfect gift.

This pin came out beautifully! The seller did not have the heart available, but she reached out quickly with other options. I’m also pleased with how quickly it arrived. I bought it as a keepsake for my daughter. Her grandmother passed a few months ago & I thought this would be nice for her to pin on her gown when she graduates next month. I’m so happy with how it came out, I plan to buy another one for my oldest daughter when she gets married next year.
